Family-owned business, Primavital distributes products for elderly and mobility-impaired individuals. The brand wanted to see its marketing and SEO plan accompanied by a website redesign.
We worked on our UX approach by starting with the identification of the Job to Be Done, creating personas, and constructing a pirate funnel to know where to measure and what data to quantify. All of this was done to achieve the highest possible conversion rate.
